At ORISON: Be Authentic, we genuinely celebrate the beautiful tapestry of our shared heritage and culture. Our collaboration, PATHOS—a limited-time-only collection with Chrissy, @cooklikeakarpathian—is more than just a strategy; it’s a heartfelt tribute to the land, the people, and the traditions that make us who we are.

We’re excited to share the passion we hold for our island of Karpathos, Greece, with you! Chrissy, hailing from the lovely villages of Othos and Volada, and I, Stamatina, from Spoa, started with a simple t-shirt design. However, once we completed that, we realized our mission wasn't finished yet.

Before long, this partnership blossomed into a beautiful celebration of our roots.

After being away from the fashion scene for well over a decade, and recently starting ORISON: Be Authentic, which is a corner on social media and the internet to bring awareness of how important psychology is in every aspect of life, while merging it with my initial passion: designing; I knew I wanted to collaborate with Chrissy. Her dedication and love for everything she does truly inspired me, and she was the perfect partner for this journey. Although our collaboration is brief, I feel incredibly grateful for her trust and support.

We found deep inspiration in the stunning traditions still visible in the northern village of Olympos, on the island of Karpathos. It’s one of the few places where traditional clothing is worn with such pride in 2025.

The colors, the prints, the art, the beauty—they all sparked the MODERN DAY TRIBUTE to our roots, our ancestors, our family, and our friends.

This tribute resonates not only with the people of Karpathos and those who carry nostalgia to go to their ancestral grounds but also with everyone from every island and place on earth who shares similar traditions, cultures, passions, and a longing to return.
