We are thrilled to share our deep passion for the island of Karpathos, Greece, with you. Chrissy, from the charming villages of Othos and Volada, and I, Stamatina, from Spoa, embarked on this collaboration initially to create a simple t-shirt design. However, upon completing it, we recognized that our mission was far from over. This partnership soon evolved into a magnificent celebration of our heritage.

Our design process drew significant inspiration from the stunning traditions still visible in the northern village of Olympos on the island of Karpathos. It’s remarkable to witness the pride with which traditional clothing is still worn in 2025. The colors, prints, art, and overall beauty of this village sparked what we can call a modern-day tribute to our ancestry.

Olympos serves as a living museum of our past. The villagers have maintained practices that have been passed down through generations, making it one of the few places where tradition thrives in contemporary settings. This uniqueness inspired us to incorporate elements of these traditional garments into our designs, bridging the gap between past and present.
